Our Programs
REACH. RELATE. RESTORE.
REACH. WE DON’T WAIT FOR THOSE IN NEED TO ASK FOR HELP. WE GO TO THEM.
RELATE. WE ARE NOT STRANGERS, BUT NEIGHBORS.
RESTORE. WE INSPIRE HOPE THROUGH A RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS CHRIST.
The mission of Adopt A Block is to give hope and bring transformation for Charlotte's most underserved neighborhoods through consistent and dedicated home visits, relationship building and physical acts of service.
Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center volunteer teams bring hope and a heart to serve to the streets of the J.T. Williams, Reid Park and Thomasboro neighborhoods of Charlotte. Our teams are committed to the families and people of these communities and believe that by faith, lives will be restored, healing will begin, and hope will emanate.
Saturdays | 10:30am - 1:30pm
Every Saturday the Dream Center goes into three underserved neighborhoods in Charlotte – J.T. Williams, Reid Park, and Thomasboro – giving hope to children through games, snacks, and the Word of God. Our teams gather neighborhood children together in a central location in each neighborhood, creating a safe space for kids to run, play, make friends, and learn who they are in Christ. Join our teams as we pour into the future leaders of our city!
Saturdays | 10:30am - 1:30pm
The mission of Food Market is to support individuals and families on their journey out of poverty by bridging the food gap in low-income areas. We believe that as we pair free, consistent, and healthful groceries with Biblical truth and guidance, we will see people step into their God-given purpose and promises, and become leaders of giving in our communities.
Thursdays | Shift 1: 2:15pm - 3:30pm & Shift 2: 3:30pm - 5:30pm
With a mission of giving hope to the hungry, the CMDC Food Ministry partners with the Dream Center Church to minister to areas of the city in highest need of fresh, accessible, and affordable groceries. Whether through emergency meals, week day Bible Studies, Sunday Meal Service or Food Market, the Dream Center stands in the gap to alleviate hunger in the city of Charlotte.
Every Friday evening, volunteers gather together to assemble 120-160 of our World Famous Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center Chili Cheese Dogs for our Street Ministry teams to distribute to our friends on the streets.
Fridays | 6pm - 7pm
Every Friday evening, Street Teams gather to distribute our World Famous Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center Chili Cheese dogs to our friends on the streets. Operating every Friday since 2012, many wait for us to arrive, counting on our prayers and encouragement to maintain hope. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of watching God open the doors for our friends to move off the streets and into their own homes!
Every week, we serve anywhere from 120-160 hot dogs, each one serving as a conduit to conversation and connection.
“Only God can transform lives with a hot dog” - Jim Noble
Fridays | 7:30pm - 10:30pm

The Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center Discipleship Program offers a rigorous 12-month program tailored for individuals facing challenging life circumstances such as homelessness, addiction, and mental health struggles. It aims to provide essential support and purpose to its participants. The program includes housing, counseling, and comprehensive wrap-around services. Additionally, participants receive paid workforce development training at one of Noble Food and Pursuits' restaurants, which helps cover program fees.
Rooted in a Jesus-centered approach, the program is crafted to guide students towards discovering their identity in Christ and fulfilling the purpose for which they were created. Graduates emerge equipped to thrive independently in structured environments, equipped with steady income from their NF&P employment, and grounded in a confident understanding of their identity through Jesus Christ.
YTH Sunday is the best place to be. Youth explore Christianity in an exciting new way, expand their Bible knowledge and grow closer to their Creator in a small group setting. With a safe and welcoming environment, YTH Sunday is the perfect opportunity for youth to dive into Church life and volunteer in different areas in the Church.
